How to Make a Strawberry Bundt Cake

For folks who love box cake mixes, this is worth a try; not
only is it really easy but the addition of fresh
strawberries makes this an absolute show stopper!

!! Ingredients !!

For the cake:

* A 6 oz / 170g package strawberry jello (jelly crystals)

* 2 cups slightly crushed sliced strawberries (fresh not frozen)

* 3 cups mini marshmallows

* 1 cake mix (yellow or French vanilla), follow instructions
completely on mix

For the icing:

* 2 cups confectioners' sugar

* 1/2 stick soft butter

* 6 tbsp. strawberry juice

!! Steps !!

Place the crushed strawberries on the bottom of the bundt pan.

Sprinkle the entire package of jello powder over the berries.

* If you only have large marshmallows, cut them into
smaller pieces Place all of the mini marshmallows over the
crushed strawberry and jello layers.

Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions. Pour the
cake mixture on top of the strawberry and marshmallow layers.

Bake in a 350ºF/180ºC oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick
comes out clean. Serve. You can either serve it with whipped
cream or prepare the icing by yourself. However you wish!

* Make the icing if using: Mix the confectioners' sugar, soft
butter, and strawberry juice in a saucepan.

* Boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle over warm cake.

* Add fresh strawberries and cream if you'd like. If not, the cake
tastes just as great without these extras!

is best eaten fresh.
